Here are some important details to know when considering Amangiri for your intimate wedding?

• Guest Accommodations: 110 guests
• Rental fee and what’s included: Varies - Rental fee typically includes the venue location only. Amangiri is able to accommodation minimal furnishing for parties up to 40 (silverware, plates, glassware, tables/chairs).
• Payment: Amangiri requires full payment before arrival.
• Weather backup plans: Unfortunately, there are no backup spaces due to unique nature of Amangiri. It is recommended that larger groups plan/budget for tent options in case of bad weather. Smaller groups would be able to use the private dining room options at either Camp Sarika or Amangiri if there are 10 or less.
• Catering options: Amangiri does not allow outside catering at this time. All food and beverage would be provided by Amangiri.
• Preferred Vendors: Amangiri does provide a list of preferred vendors but are open to discussing outside vendors.
• Decor: Amangiri does not provide decor.
• Bridal Suite: There are no designated areas for getting ready. Getting ready would have to take place in the suites reserved by guests.
• Sound Systems: Amangiri does not provide sound systems for speeches or music; it would need to be rented/arranged with a vendor.
• Parking: Amangiri does now allow outside guests so all attending the wedding must be guests of Amangiri. Complimentary parking is available for those staying at Amangiri.
• Alcohol: Amangiri is licensed to serve alcohol.

The striking architecture and natural beauty of Amangiri means that almost every turn reveals yet another spot suitable for the exchanging or renewing of vows. Ceremonies can be held on our Desert Lounge or at the Chinle Site for stunning views of the surrounding mesas, especially at sunset, or on more remote areas of the property for intimate celebrations such as the Sunset Trail or Amphitheater.
